Best Chocolate Cake

so mouthwatering...


chocolate Heaven Cake

found on the back of a CSR sugar packet. wanted to share with you.

2 cups water
2 3/4 white sugar
250g butter
1/3 baking cocoa
1 tsp bi carb soda
5 eggs
3 cups Self raising flour
150g dark choc, finely chopped
1/4 cup cream


Salted caramel sauce

hi. here's the recipe for the sauce meant to replace the butterscotch in the chocolate delice.

1/2 cup castor sugar
1/3 cup thickened cream
75g unsalted butter, cut into 1cm cubes

Chocolate delice

This is a recipe i read in Master Chef magazine, from a book extract in "Eamon's Kitchen". But the salted caramel sauce did not work for me, so I substituted with butterscotch (I will also post the recipe for the salted caramel sauce).

curry pie.

Hi everyone, this is my chicken curry pie made at home. I used all our left-over curry to turn it into my favourite pie- curry pie! I know that technically, since I'm Aussie, my favourite pie is supposed to be meat pie, but this is much more gourmet and delicious. the curry filling can be any curry that you know you love, in this case it was green chicken curry.
