Hi every one just want to post my secret recipe to spaghetti bolognase! Sorry if the specific quantities arn't right but I wasn't measuring them! Next time I make it I'll update this so make sure you come back or subscribe so I can tell you! Anway you can add extra spices or vegetables to suit your taste buds!Anyway...
Ok so, Ingredients: (to feed 4 1/2)
1 whole large carrot(grated)
1 whole large zucchini (grated)
1kg extra lean beef mince
1 large tomato (diced)
1 jar pasta sauce
salt and pepper
pinch of sugar
3 or so splashes of red wine vinegar or red wine
It helps alot when you pre- dice and grate everything.
Put large saucepan on high heat, pour a little olive oil in and let that boil
brown the meat, then splash in bit of red wine vinegar or red wine vinegar.
Put all the vegetables in the pot, stirring until welll mixed. Put some salt and pepper in and stir in until all the flavours are mixed. Pour in the sauce and stir. Then a splash of sugar.
